Shipping and Exchanges

Shipping

Kindly note that as a small team, we aim to process and get your order out as soon as possible. However, there are certain circumstances that may delay this process such as team vacations, low inventory, etc. In this case, all orders are processed within 5-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email, unless disclosed otherwise. You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped. 

Pre-orders will be shipped out within a 4-6 week timeframe to account for production and order processing times.

We offer free shipping within the GTA and for all orders over $120 (Canada wide only).  Otherwise, shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout depending on your address of residence. 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes once a shipment reaches your destination country. Syncronym is not responsible for these charges, if applicable and are solely the customers responsibility.   

Exchanges

As a small business, there is a limited quantity of products produced. In the event that you request a return, Syncronym will offer store credit or an exchange within 15 days of receiving your merchandise. In order to request an exchange or receive store credit, please send us an email with your full name and order number to get the process started. Info@syncronym.ca

In order to qualify for an exchange or return your item for store credit, the following conditions apply:

  • Item(s) must be in the original packaging with all tags, and unwashed. 
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable
  • You are responsible for all return shipping charges. Syncronym is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages - please send using a tracked shipping method. 
  • Orders made with promo codes are non-refundable and only eligible for exchanges. 
  • Sale items are final sale - no returns are allowed.
  • If your returns do not meet the conditions outlined above, we reserve the right to refuse your request.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please fill out this form. with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will address these on a case-by-case basis and aim to work towards a satisfactory solution.
